First hand experience with Pantheon
I’ve been a happy Pantheon customer since 2014. I’ve migrated two companies to Pantheon, and I’ve served as a consultant for companies evaluating WebOps platforms. I was even interviewed for a Pantheon case study!
Extensive design experience
I have 20+ years of experience designing and optimizing digital experiences. My experience spans areas of both production work and strategic planning, including branding, graphic design, web design, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
A strong foundation in UX
I’ve spent hundreds of hours testing web applications with real users. I’m experienced in creating user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and empathy maps. I have also completed a mini-degree in Digital Psychology. I am, and always will be, an advocate for the user!
A seasoned, passionate writer and content strategist
I started my career in web design, but web content strategy and writing has always been a part of what I do. I have created content in a variety of formats, for a variety of audiences. My writing portfolio includes web copy, in-app copy, microcopy, emails, video scripts, advertisement copy, conversational chat scrips, infographics, blogs, training materials, and technical content.
