I have 20+ years of experience building, optimizing, and managing websites. I’m familiar with the landscape, technologies, and options for deploying web applications. I also test new web tools in my free time, for fun. #nerd
A seasoned, passionate, marketing copywriter and content strategist
I started my career in web design but moved into marketing in 2013. Since then, I have created marketing content in a variety of formats, for a variety of audiences. My writing portfolio includes web copy, marketing emails, video scripts, advertisement copy, conversational chat scrips, infographics, blogs, training materials, and technical content. Specialized training in crafting product messaging frameworks
I am fortunate to have received coaching from one of the industry’s leading conversion content experts. I use rigorous voice-of-customer research to craft high-converting messaging frameworks for different audiences. I’ve used this method to create campaign assets that support demand generation efforts and aid sales cycles.
A strong foundation in UX
I’ve spent hundreds of hours testing web applications with real users. I’m experienced in creating user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and empathy maps. I have also completed a mini-degree in Digital Psychology. I am, and always will be, an advocate for the user!
